What is Environmental Protection Online!?
Environmental Protection Online! (EPO!) is the client’s “digital storage cabinet” for the due diligence, policy statements, and defensible documentation generated by Vanguard as the result of various environmental engineering services performed on behalf of the client. Over 25 environmental services, including training components, can be required of any given client through the U.S. and Canada. EPO! keeps the client organized with electronic documentation…citations of the regulations, executive briefs, spreadsheets, training records…in short, anything and everything that would provide the client with documentation reflective of evidence-based compliance and inspection readiness.
What is OSH Online!?
All of Vanguard’s OSHA training services are executed onsite at the client’s facility by one of many certified and experienced OSHA Education Specialists. OSH Online! serves as the client’s “digital storage cabinet” for the supportive documentation and written requirements that accompany Vanguard’s OSHA employee training services. A human resource manager’s dream, there is no better method for recordkeeping and records retention than these electronic administrative files to accompany the facility’s OSHA training programs. Bilingual (Spanish) training and records are available as needed.
OSHA’s compliance requirements are very clear about the need for written programs and safety measures, the employee’s right-to-understand those exposures to safety and health hazards encountered in the workplace, training on the various chemical hazard classes, recommended personal protective equipment (PPE), training quizzes for proficiency testing, and employee participant records… in short, anything and everything that would provide the client with documentation reflective of his/her evidence-based compliance and inspection readiness in the event of an OSHA inspection.
